GI Effects Comprehensive Panel
Comprehensive Stool Analysis
Metabolomix
DUTCH Hormone Testing

The Landis Nutrition Experience
Once you decide to work with me, we don't waste any time. The first thing we wilt do is set up your client profile. I will help you get into the Practice Better app where we will share all forms of communication. The app is easy to navigate and will hold all of your electronic medical records, additional informative handouts, supplement protocols, scheduling, payment, and even a chat for us to communicate through! Prior to our first session, I ask that you take time to reflect on your answers as you complete all the paperwork I send through the Practice Better portal. This information will be vital to me in helping you discover the root causes of your symptoms. My hope is that I can gain your trust and you will feel comfortable and open to communicating honestly with me.
I receive your documents immediately upon submission and will carefully review them prior to our first session. If you have had any lab-work done within the last 6 months, please send that over to me or submit it through Practice Better too! If not, we can always order additional labs down the road if we think it is necessary.
Next comes the fun part! Our first session together (in person or through zoom)will be 90 minutes. This is your time to shine! Together, we will go through the documents you submitted and we'll take a deep dive into those questionnaires. want all the details, so try not to leave anything out! During this session, we will also do some goal-setting. What do you hope to achieve during your time with me? Then we schedule your first follow-up session. My goal is that you will leave feeling heard, understood, and excited to come back. Now, I put on my detective hat. For the next week, I will thoroughly review your paperwork and labs to determine an appropriate food/supplement protocol for you to consider going forward. A week later it's time for your follow-up. This session will last 30 minutes. During this time, we will review the goals you have set for yourself. I will explain how and why to implement your new protocol, and you will leave with your personalized care plan in hand. We will schedule more follow-ups if desired
